Monique D. Hayes Appointed Interim CEO of Tech Equity Miami
Miami, FL – Tech Equity Miami is pleased to announce the appointment of Monique D. Hayes as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
With an impressive career in law and public service that spans over a decade, Monique has served as a dedicated advocate for innovation, diversity, and equitable access to technology. She is a trusted business advisor known for driving revenue growth and operational excellence, and has developed and implemented corporate governance protocols for public and private enterprises. In addition to her legal accomplishments, Monique is recognized for her visionary leadership as the Founding Director and Board Chair of aīre ventures, an organization dedicated to fostering innovation and supporting underrepresented founders in the tech industry. Her tireless efforts with aīre ventures demonstrate her commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in the technology sector, aligning perfectly with the mission of Tech Equity Miami.
