The International Women’s Forum Announces Its 28th Annual Class of Leadership Fellows

The Organization Welcomes their Most Diverse Class in Program History

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Friday, October 22, 2021 The International Women’s Forum (IWF) announced the 28th class of Leadership Fellows, which includes Leigh-Ann Buchanan, President, aīre ventures. The class consists of 32 participants representing 10 countries including: The Bahamas, Canada, Egypt, France, India, Mexico, Panama, United Kingdom, United States, and for the first time, Slovenia.

IWF’s Leadership Fellows Program is a year-long, intensive leadership development experience designed to make women stronger, smarter and more influential through a unique combination of program elements.

The members of the class will participate in IWF’s 2021 Virtual World Leadership Conference and Gala November 4 and 5, 2021, and will meet virtually for sessions designed to create connection with each other and the global IWF community. They will convene for executive development sessions at Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA and INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France in 2022.

In addition to leadership training, each Fellow is paired with an IWF mentor. Through this experience, participants gather personal insights and advice from women leaders from every sector. Fellows also complete a legacy project designed to leverage the program experience for greater impact in an area of importance to each participating leader.
